A Research Study about Financial Viability in connection to Profitability – Bioenergy Industry Perspective in the States of Andhra Pradesh & Telangana State (India)

Financial Viability is the combination of long-term sustainability and profitability for any business firm. If a firm is financially viable, it can have the scope to utilize all the opportunities generating by micro and macro-economic environments surrounded to it. The present study is focusing on most prominent and promising energy generating trending sector all over the world. The bioenergy can contribute and serve a lot in developing countries especially like huge populated China, India and America. But still it is a big question mark and challenge in front of country policies and promotional aspects in order to accelerate the bioenergy sector. The bioenergy sector, especially in India after experience a long tenure of 25 years after establishment, suffering with problems financially and operationally. This study has tried to evaluate the problems from profitability point of view in connection to financial viability and the results disclosed that revenue expenditure variables have greater impact on profitability of existing bioenergy firms.
