Analysis of UWB Indoor and Outdoor Channel Propagation

For the actual and accurate indoor and outdoor positioning the UWB technology is used, for this the calculation of the distance and positioning of objects and devices need to know about the discernment among line of sight, multi path and non line of sight situation cases are necessary and important. In this paper we will study how the Ultra wide band technology is capable to exactly discriminate between pulses that are reflected from dissimilar objects and locations or positions. The UWB is not effect by obstacles system so this system is a great signaling choice for maximum accuracy in positioning and localization in short range distances.
