Optical Discharge Velocity Measurement in Graded-Index Fiber

In this paper we study optical discharge propagation process in optical fiber. A method for measuring the optical discharge propagation velocity through a fiber is proposed. In this work, we studied a method for slowing the optical discharge propagation velocity in a gradient fiber. As a result, it was shown that the optical discharge propagation velocity depends on the power and propagation path in the fiber.
