Quality Indicators of Instrumentation Products According to the «Quality 4.0» Concept

appearance of the Industry 4.0 concept brought not only to new requirements in the products manufacturing, but also to changing of requirements to a system for monitoring the products quality. This led to use technologies related to big data and data science. Integration of new technologies, analysis and quality assessment requires from manufacturers to move to the "Quality 4.0" concept. For solving this problem, in relation to instrumentation products, requirements for the quality indicators of the manufactured instrumentation products are proposed. Methods and models of identification, processing and analysis of the instrumentation products quality based on a two-level optimization model are described.
