About the Creation of Secure Video Conferencing and Voice Communication Systems

In modern realities, holding confidential meetings and negotiations remotely is very important for companies that have geographically dispersed branches. This article describes the process of introducing a video conferencing and voice communication system from the design stage to commissioning, taking into account the design and implementation of a confidential information protection subsystem that does not contain information constituting a state secret. In addition, the main hardware and software solutions for the implementation of such a connection are analyzed. The analysis of the application of the current regulatory framework for the organization of a subsystem for the protection of confidential information during videoconferencing sessions and telephone conversations is carried out. The types of protected information and objects of protection, as well as technical channels of leakage of protected information are highlighted. Special attention is paid to organizational and hardware and software ways and means of protecting confidential information.
