Composite Trust for Secure Routing Strategy through Energy based Clustering in WSN

Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN) is a promising system that has an immense prospect of operating in crucial circumstances such as battlefields and industry implementations such as traffic surveillance, manufacturing, habitat tracking, smart homes and even other scenarios. Safety is one of the big problems facing wireless sensor networks today. In this paper proposed a trust-based security for Denial of Service attack in WSN. The DoS attacker floods the number of unwanted packets in the network and the fact that the network bandwidth is absorbed by the data transmission in the network. The trust based scheme is to detect the impact of the DoS attack on the network and to classify the nodes or nodes that are influenced by the success of the network. The trust-based scheme is detect collaborative trust and data trust. Collaborative trust is measure through direct trust and indirect trust. The data trust is also evaluated by Received Signal Strength and Nodes Energy. Network efficiency is measured based on performance metrics such as routing load, throughput, etc. The simulation findings are the same in the case of the proposed trust-based scheme which means that the proposed security system shows improvement and enhancement in performance. The performance of the proposed trust-based scheme is better as compared to the existing SCRS scheme.
