Research on the user demand important degree of communication equipment based on QFD

QFD is an important means of user-oriented communication equipment research and development, and reasonable determination of the important degree of user demand is the key to ensure the effectiveness of the method. This paper first puts forward the method of acquiring and analyzing the user demand of communication equipment; then the rough set theory is introduced by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the common methods for determining the important degree of user demand, the synthetic coefficient method of rough AHP is designed to calculate the comprehensive important degree of user demand by considering the important degree of survey data; finally considering the factor of users' satisfaction, the method for optimizing the important degree of user demand is proposed based on the KANO mode, which makes it more objective and comprehensive to determine the important degree of user demand.
