Experimental Study on Performance of Quantum Cascade Laser Gas Detection Technology

The quantum cascade laser technology appearance brings a new method for industrial gas detection, but its performance needs further study and evaluation. Firstly, introduce the characteristics of quantum cascade laser gas detection technology, and design a performance evaluation test device with automatic gas concentration adjustment. Then, carry out a numerous experiment studies with different concentrations of CH4, C2H4 and SF6 as the detection objects. Finally, evaluate this detection technology systematically from the three aspects of detection repeatability, volume concentration error and response time, providing an important reference for its technology engineering application.
