Research on balance problem of non-standard oil cylinder production line based on customer interaction

The market for oil cylinders in China is extremely large around the world as the second largest consumer of hydraulic components. The complex environment conditions, load requirements customized specifications, order perturbation and other lean production requirements have brought big challenges to the line balance of hydraulic cylinder manufacturers. To solve this problem, this study analyses the state of art from the internal and external aspects. On this basis, the overall framework of production line balance optimization system based on customer interaction is proposed. Based on the enterprise database to evaluate the status of orders and production lines, the system is designed from two aspects of capacity shortage and capacity idle. Finally, to validate the overall framework, a case of specific practice in production scheduling for hydraulic cylinders in the production line is studied company.
