Design of speed reducer testbed based on cloud platform

In order to realize the remote monitoring of the reducer test-bed, a solution of the Internet of things based on the cloud PLC platform was proposed. The data of each reducer sensor and the control port of the test-bed were uploaded to the cloud PLC platform, and the communication protocol between them and the reducer test-bed was formulated. The test results show that the cloud PLC platform enables the operator to directly access the human-machine interaction interface via mobile APP or WEB to monitor the reducer test-bed or view the sensor data, which meets the enterprise's demand for real-time remote monitoring of the machine.
