Sequential Estimation of Reliability Parameters of Telecommunication and Radioelectronic Systems

Telecommunication and radioelectronic systems in civil aviation are used to ensure regularity, intensity and safety of aircraft flights. The reliability of these systems is provided in operation systems. The structure of operation systems include equipment, normative and regulatory documentation, personnel, resources, and other. The main process in operation systems is the use of equipment for its intended purpose. To maintain the efficiency of this process, procedures for the equipment technical condition control are performed. The basis for this control is the operational data processing. So this paper deals with the problem of synthesis and analysis of sequential procedure for reliability parameters estimation of telecommunication and radioelectronic systems. The synthesis problem is solved using the methods of decisive statistics transformation. The problem of analysis is solved analytically and on the basis of Monte-Carlo statistical simulation.
