Low Voltage CMOS Switch Capacitor Circuit

Objective of this paper is to provide the foundation on faults of channel charge injection, lock feed through and its cancellation. This paper is base on the study of switched-capacitor amplifiers, delay analysis of series and parallel connected transistors. The switch capacitor MOSFET is use as a resistor in integrated chip. Also discuss the channel charge injection in switch capacitor circuit and clock feed through problems which raise the leakage power dissipation. Beginning with delay estimation for series connected transistor, charge injection cancellation circuit, paper explain sampling switches and switching speed, its accuracy issues and analyze switched-capacitor amplifiers.
