Design and Performance Analysis of 1500 Capacity Dual Powered Solar Incubator

Renewable sources of energy are the future for the energy sectors and among them solar energy is the most abundant source in the earth. It is the time now to harness the solar energy more and more that can provide the solution to many energy issues and also can be used as employment generation in the lower or rural sectors as well. This work presents the design and implementation of dual powered solar incubators. Solar energy has been used to provide required heat to the incubator chamber so that the process of hatching of eggs can be done appropriately. Temperature sensor has been used for measuring the temperature difference inside the chamber. The different parameters have been calculated after twenty one days of hatching period at North East Renewable Energy Research Lab, Jorhat, India.
