Three-layer Optimization Control Strategy of Energy Router in Household DC Microgrid

Energy router, which can schedule and transform electricity intelligently, has broad application prospects in the future Energy Internet. Control strategies of energy router aimed at economy or stability are very common. However, there are hardly implemented schemes that takes the two factors into account. Therefore, a three-layer optimization control strategy is proposed, which can make working plan in advance according to historical data and make the optimal economic management in real time by judging working condition. Power fluctuation can be compensated and inhibited by hybrid energy storage (HES) including battery, super capacitor and heat storage. The proposed control strategy is useful in saving costs and have favorable dynamic stability according to the simulation and experiment results.
