Research on Logistics Relevance for SMEs in Context of Organization Size, Costs and Outsourcing Level

The main objective of this research is to empirically verify working hypotheses on logistics role in the SMEs context. The survey was conducted among small and medium-sized business units in Bulgaria. The statistical calculations demonstrated that the conducted testing methodology is reliable in terms of selected variables and conceptual model. The main analysis factors were properly evaluated and indicate validity for further research. The tests evidenced that the developed linear regression model is statistically significant and it can be used to evaluate the influence of the analysis factors on role and relevance of the logistics for Bulgarian SMEs.
