Practical design of Ku band frequency source

This paper designed a Ku band frequency synthesizer, output 15.5GHz ± O.2GHz, can be applied to MMW antenna receiving and receiving front end of the frequency synthesizer channel extension. The phase-locked loop synthesis technology is adopted to achieve low phase noise, low stray and miniaturization through reasonable frequency planning and frequency division ratio design. The phase noise is ≤ 104dbc-lkHz ≤ -105dBc-10kHz, and the in-band stray is better than 65dB. With reference clock output, bias protection circuit is introduced, which has good engineering reference and application value.
