A new type of anti loose mark tooling design based on TRIZ Method

In the process of assembly of high-speed train and related products, the assembly of threaded fasteners is particularly important. In order to facilitate the later detection of threaded fasteners, we choose the method of marking the outer side of the fastener with anti loose mark (cheap intermediary). In this paper, we use the theory of invention problem solving (TRIZ theory) to put forward a design idea of anti loose mark coating device for improving marking efficiency. Firstly, it introduces the general background and discusses the shortcomings of similar products. Then, we use TRIZ Method to analyze the problem of low efficiency of anti loose mark, screen the solution, and get the final design. The results show that the new tooling can not only improve the portability of operation, reduce the burden of operation, but also meet the requirements of marking, further improve the efficiency of marking and reduce the labor cost.
