Improvement of installation tooling of urban rail electrical cabinet based on TRIZ cutting method

The main research of this paper is to improve the low installation efficiency of the electrical cabinet in the process of urban rail manufacturing process. The main function of the electrical cabinet is to collect the upper and lower wire bundles of the vehicle, which is an important process. In the process of installation, due to the heavy weight of electrical cabinet, lack of tooling, space limitation and repeated adjustment and repair, this process has become the bottleneck process in the enterprise. This paper mainly studies TRIZ, patent analysis, patent circumvention design and other aspects, using TRIZ A series of advanced manufacturing management technologies, including innovative process, labor intensity analysis and tooling improvement, focus on research and analysis to reduce the labor intensity of workers, improve the labor efficiency of workers and reduce the complexity of installation process on the premise of ensuring quality, so as to achieve the purpose of ensuring workers' safety and improving production efficiency.
