Constant Tension System of Electrospinning Equipment Based on Fuzzy PID Control

Nanofibers have large specific surface area, small pore size and good adsorption performance. Nanofibers are widely used in biomedical, filtration protection, food engineering, cosmetics and other fields. At present, the demand of nanofiber membrane is increasing. The realization of batch production of nanofiber membrane has become a hot topic. However, the quality of the nanofiber film produced by most linear electrode electrospun equipment is not uniform. The main cause of this phenomenon is the lack of force regulation of the collection device, which leads to the different quality of the nanofiber membrane collected before and after. Aiming at the problem that the collection device lacks force regulation, the quality of the collected nanofiber membrane is different. In this paper, the control algorithm and technology of the collection device are studied with the linear electrode electrospinning equipment as the research object.
