Research on a New Generation of Intelligent Fusion Terminal and Its Intelligent Test System

With the steady progress of the ubiquitous power IoT (Internet of Things) construction goal of the “Three Types and Two Networks” of the SGCC (State Grid Corporation of China), the low-voltage distribution network urgently needs to get through the “Last Kilometer” data communication. The IFT (Intelligent Fusion Terminal) can realize the ubiquitous interconnection of low-voltage distribution, and can effectively improve the “Source-Network-Load” coordination and optimization management and control ability. Therefore, the research on the new generation IFT and its intelligent testing technology is of great significance to the front-end production enterprises and the back-end research institutions. This paper first discusses the hardware and software architecture, system deployment and intelligent test difficulties of IFT, and then introduces the hardware and software architecture of intelligent IFT test system in details, and finally focuses on the software development and related test business process of the IFT test system. Practical engineering application shows that the test system effectively improves the test efficiency of IFT.
