Production scheduling problem under peak power constraint

With the increasingly prominent problems of environmental protection and energy crisis, how to balance the power load and adapt to the structural characteristics of energy supply side, so as to reduce the operating costs of enterprises and improve their profitability, has become an urgent practical problem for energy sensitive enterprises in the current era. In this paper, a continuous time mixed integer programming model for cost minimization with time-of-use (TOU)and peak power constraint is established. Firstly, considering the influence of nonlinear factors and peak constraint, an algorithm combining Lagrange relaxation with branch and bound is designed to solve the subproblem with fixed job sequence, which ensures that the algorithm can get the exact solution in a short time. Then, through the comparison of ERD sort and neighborhood search sort, the effect of job order on the final total cost of the problem is analyzed. At the same time, in the data experiment of different parameter combination, the scheme is compared with the traditional production scheduling scheme, which shows that the model in this paper has great advantages in saving energy cost.
