The Interoperability Test of Off-Board Charger for Electric Vehicle

This paper analyzes a DC charging process and a platform was developed to test the interoperability projects in a DC charger. The test results show that the main interoperability problems in DC charging facilities as follows: (1) When the voltage error between the electric vehicle battery and the message exceeds the limit, the charger can still charge; (2) The voltage setting value of insulation test is not correct. (3) The current stop rate of passive interrupting instructions charging is low.
