Multi-Energy System Planning for Low-Carbon Park Considering Supply and Demand Interaction

Aiming at the problem of coordinated planning for distributed generation penetrating to the distribution network and demand side response in a multi-energy system, the paper establishes a bi-layer planning model considering the supply and demand interaction. The lower layer minimizes the active power loss of the multi-energy system as objective function, and the upper layer minimizes the active power loss of the thermal energy network in each period as objective function. Using k-means to extract a set of typical operating scenarios to deal with uncertainty. Finally, the influence of supply-demand interaction on the planning scheme is analyzed by a typical multienergy system. The results show that the model can effectively optimize DG capacity and reduce energy consumption, which achieve economic and environmental protection operation.
