Experiment and optimization Design Study of Steam Adjust Equipment

Based on one steam circle project, the experiment study of steam adjust equipment was proceeded, with the testing facility. Under large-perturbation loads, the equipment presents a few insufficient as follows: temperature adjustment respond over timed, vibration and air nose out of limits. One simulation and optimization environment was established with ISIGHT, which accomplish the optimize simulation on structural mechanics and control system of steam adjustment equipment. And the error between simulation and experiment data is less than 5 percent, which meet the engineering demands. The results analysis of simulation and experimental testing results show that: after optimization, the Vibration acceleration level and air nose decrees 12 dB and 16 dB, respectively. The dynamitic respond performance was dramatically improved, by feed forward control scheme. The optimized equipment passed the system operation thermal performance, vibration and air nose test, respectively.
