Power Optimization Strategy for Multi-Band Optical Systems

We propose a novel strategy which optimizes the power of all amplification bands in a Multi-Band system concurrently. The proposed method improves the OSNIR performance in S-band of more than 4 dB compared with optimization schemes in the literature.
