E-Commerce Human Capital Performance Evaluation Model based on Fuzzy Pattern Recognition

Under the traditional model of human capital performance evaluation system, the promotion of e-commerce commercialization is poor. Therefore, a performance evaluation model of e-commerce human capital based on fuzzy pattern recognition is proposed. By determining the logical relationship of human capital performance evaluation, obtaining model evaluation indicators, dividing their evaluation grades, using fuzzy pattern recognition to calculate indicator weights, multiplying the standardized index values and weights to obtain the overall evaluation value of human capital performance, and completing the model design. Experimental results show that compared with the two traditional models, this model has increased the market share of enterprises and promoted the commercialization of e-commerce.
