Inverse Design of Metasurface Using Combined Neural Network and Transfer Function

In this paper, an inverse-design network that combined neural network is proposed. Compared with traditional inverse network, the proposed network can achieve higher accuracy and efficiency. A reflective metasurface is used as an example to confirm the validity of this method.
