Design and Realization of A Wireless Heating Electric Soldering Iron

In this paper, a wireless heating electric soldering iron was designed by using electromagnetic induction technology and eddy current heating principle. Through the combination design of software and hardware, the soldering iron can realize automatic load detection, instantaneous heating and automatic heating temperature control, moreover, it can effectively prevent the damage of static electricity to the welding elements, which is convenient to operate and low in energy consumption.
