A universal numerical control system solution based on high speed network

Aiming at the problems of complex technology, difficult development and cumbersome application for traditional numerical control systems. In this paper, a universal numerical control system solution based on high speed network is proposed. According to the functional requirements of the numerical control system, the logical structure design is established with the idea of modularization. The control function of the system is completed by the controller and the ring network servo. Each axis function is realized independently in the corresponding ring network servo, which reduces the coupling of the system and the CPU utilization of the controller. The number of axes is determined by actuator, and the processing method is determined by motion model. Axis and axis realize cooperative motion through Ethernet, which improves the communication rate of system. The system completes numerical control machining through G code. Other control functions required by the system are implemented in the controller. The control program is realized through graphical programming technology to simplify the difficulty of system development. Meanwhile, the control functions are divided into two parts: the single-axis control program and the axis group control program, which is convenient for the expansion of the control system function. The monitoring program is developed by man-machine interface configuration method, which is convenient for operators without programming basis to operate and modify. Finally, use engraving machine as actuator to complete the development and verification of system.
