Digitalization of Quality Management of the Strategic Decision-Making Process

Strategic decisions are linked to long-term goals and priorities. At the same time, current trends point to an increasing dynamics of ongoing events that affect these priorities. To improve the quality of the decisions made, we propose to add a tactical loop that is able to track changes in events in a relatively short period of time to a system with a strategic management loop. To improve the quality of the relevant strategic decisions, we propose to use the block for analyzing big data, reflecting the state of the control object. The dynamics of the process is provided by intelligent analysis of the digital twin of the control object. Application of the approach under consideration relates to the field of strategic decision making as an additional solver.
