Risk Management in Running ERP-based Process Model of Integrated Group of Companies

The paper analyzes the task of setting up and running management system that is based on digital ERP process model that works for the integrated group of companies which includes several legal entities physically located in different geographical areas. The solution design is based on a process model that includes local and cross-functional processes and regulates the interaction of management structures within a distributed object. The process model digitalization potential is analyzed with a risk-oriented approach. The structure of the corporate management project is developed on the basis of the ERP-II “Enterprise Resource and Relationship Processing” concept using “1C: ERP Enterprise management” software and risks assessment methods.
