The Determinant of E-Government Services Adoption among Citizen in Indonesia

E-government is a digital government service for citizens. Through e-government, many benefits can be achieved, both for government and citizens. These benefits can only be realized if citizens use e-government services. Therefore, it is essential to look at what makes citizens want to use e-government services. The study identifies factors in the adoption of citizens to e-government services in Indonesia. The research model is based on the UTAUT model. A total of 400 respondents in Surabaya have filled out a questionnaire distributed online and offline. The SEM-PLS is used to test the proposed hypothesis. The results showed that performance expectations, effort expectations, and facilitating conditions influence citizens' intention to use e-government services.
