Design Key Performance Indicator for Distribution Sustainable Supply Chain Management

Organic farming is providing agricultural products that are healthy and environmentally friendly. The organic Farmers' supply chain involves suppliers, growers, and distributors. To improve performance, it is necessary to design sustainable performance measurements at distributors. The key performance indicator (KPI) design processes are KPI identification, KPI elimination, and KPI validation. Then, to find out the significant weight, KPI was analyzed using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. From the research results, there are 38 indicators used in this KPI. Based on AHP weighting, the obtained data were three aspects including the economic (0.504), social (0.2815), and environmental (0.2145). In the next research, the KPI obtained can be used as a measurement of distribution performance.
