Simulation of Temperature in 40 Alpha World Cities for 20th Century Using Random Walk

The recorded temperature provides the possibility to analyze the possible reason for temperature changes and the opportunity to use various models and methods to simulate the temperature-time curve. In this study, we use the brutal force method to generate the random walk to simulate the temperature changes in 40 world alpha cities from 1901 to 1998 in form of random walk, which is converted from the recorded temperature, and the random walk in decimal format to simulate the recorded temperature. The results show that the random walk can simulate city temperature in both forms of random walk and recorded temperature. Thus this study provides an alternative model to simulate city temperature, which gives alternative explanation to the global warming.
