Using Wavelet Analysis for Laser Second Mode Detection

The problem of second mode appearance in laser wavelength measuring with Fizeau interferometer is researched. The analysis of data from interferometer by using the tools of wavelet transform is carried out. A response map for detecting the secondary mode is obtained. The response card test was performed to confirm satisfactory solution results.
