Secure Outage Performance Analysis of Multicasting Through α − µ Fading Channel

This work deals with the development of a mathematical model consisting of the closed form analytical expressions (CFAEs) of the measures which ensures the security in α - μ fading multicast channels. Authors are interested to ensure that no eavesdropper can wiretap any data from the system. Two important secrecy measures namely probability of non-zero secrecy multicast capacity (PNSMC) and the secure outage probability of multicasting (SOPM) are considered to inquire the insight of this proposed work. Results show that the performance analysis of α - μ fading channel includes the performance of Gaussian, Exponential, Rayleigh, Weibull, Gamma, Nakagami-m etc. distributions. So, the generalization of security analysis in fading channels is mostly achieved by the performance evaluation of α - μ fading channel. Finally, the authenticity of analytical outcomes are checked by the Monte-Carlo simulation.
