Modeling The Educational Process on The Basis of Logical and Probabilistic Methods to Improve The Results of Mastering The Educational Program by Students in The Framework of The Competency- Based Approach

The goal of the currently accepted competence- based approach in the system of higher and secondary vocational education is to achieve the required level of competence by students, provided for by educational standards. To achieve this goal, an educational program is being developed with all the necessary documentation. However, at the present time, when there is a rapid development of information technologies in all areas of life, this is not enough. It is necessary to formalize the structure of the educational program and the educational process, to develop theoretical, practical and laboratory material for each academic discipline, structured in a certain way, questions and tasks for checking and assessing the knowledge of students, as well as to form indicators of the achievement of competencies. Together, this will serve as the basis for the digitalization of the educational process and increase its efficiency, since the complete content structure of the theoretical and evaluative material of the discipline will automatically form the educational and methodological documentation of the educational program, automate the interaction of the teacher with the students, which is especially important in the context the growing trend of increasing the share of distance learning in the educational process, to better assess the level of training of students. This article proposes an apparatus based on logical-probabilistic methods of modeling and calculation for structuring educational material, assessing and improving learning outcomes in the context of a competency-based approach.
