Decision-making Support in Evaluating Innovative Contest Applications

this article focuses on improving the quality of expert assessments in evaluating innovative projects. The approach, proposed in the article, is based on standardization of sub-criteria evaluations using T. Saati's analysis of hierarchies and partial automation of the assessment process. Preliminary research reveals positive prospects of using the proposed approach for evaluating innovative project applications. The authors use the Foundation for Assistance to Small Innovative Enterprises (FASIE) as an example to demonstrate the utility of their method.
