The Need to Ensure Stability of the Schedule of Complex-Structured Productions

The article is devoted to the problems of operational management and production planning. The authors analyzed the factors that require adjustment of the production schedule and their impact on the final performance of the schedule. The article discusses the concept of stability in relation to the preparation and adjustment of schedules. The decomposition of the production schedule construction and adjustment model takes into account the classification of orders and their layout with an assessment of the created schedule, which allows you to identify dependencies and take them into account in the construction of the next daily schedule. As a result of the implementation of the proposed approach using a neural network and a genetic algorithm, the stability of the schedule to changes will increase, which will increase the productivity of complex-structured production and reduce costs.
