Predictions of Additional Efforts Caused by Social Interactions Among Employers

Social interactions could influence the efforts of the employers; there are informal interactions. Though employers are provided with the instructions, these instructions are usually not detailed enough to cover employers' entire activity. We model such effects on a simple model. We have developed the software to model the effect and theoretically investigated basic properties. We also found the interpretations of the model in terms of argumentation theory and logic.
