Bidirectional Charging Management – Developing a measurement concept for pilot operation in Germany

This study presents an overview of the project "Bidirectional Charging Management" (BCM) and its structure. The project relevant bidirectional EV use cases are listed and further the three pilot operation use cases are specified. In addition to that, the procedure of measurement concept development and an overview of the overall system architecture is given. The focus is on the private customer measurement concept for the pilot operation, which is described in detail. Finally, the measurement data to be collected during the pilot operation are outlined.
