Synthesis of an Optimally-Modal PI-Regulator in a Position Control System of Mechatronic Module

The paper proposes an approach to improving the accuracy of a position control system synthesized on the principles of deterministic optimal control, which is formalized for a one-dimensional object into the synthesis procedure of an optimally-modal PI-regulator with multiple integration, which ensures high accuracy of the system under various loads. A concrete example of constructing an electric drive system that implements the proposed synthesis approach is considered, and relevant studies have been carried out confirming the high efficiency of the system in various operating modes and conditions. The direction under consideration is included in the list of critical technologies of the Russian Federation - “Basic technologies of power electrical engineering”, and is also a priority in the development of science, technology and technology - “Energy efficiency, energy conservation, nuclear energy”.
