Energy Characteristics the Autonomous Voltage Inverter with the Pulse-Frequency Modulation

This article is dedicated to the simulation of the electrical circuit of the single-phase two-level autonomous voltage inverter with the pulse frequency modulation. The electrical circuit of the single-phase autonomous voltage inverter with the pulse frequency modulation is modelled in the program MATLAB R2019a with the use of blocks from the applied library of the packet Simulink/Simscape. The obtained diagrams of the output impulse voltage of the autonomous voltage inverter with the pulse frequency modulation showed that the modulation frequency on the edges of the half-periods of output impulse voltage approximately in 3 time is less than in the middle of the half-periods of output impulse voltage. Because of this dynamic losses in the transistors of the autonomous voltage inverter with the pulse frequency modulation considerably are reduced in comparison with the analogous diagram of the autonomous voltage inverter with the pulse-width modulation.
