Programmable Low Power Pulse Multiplication System

The present work proposes an innovative programmable pulse generation technique circuit. The circuit is designed for a 2V nominal supply voltage and a 1MHz input clock.Output generated pulses are in the range of 50-200ns, being adjustable using a variable current approach while maintaining synchronization with the system clock. The circuit features less than 170uA current consumption and reduces technological variation.
