Diagnostics of Drying Units with Microwave Emitter Units

The paper describes a general approach to the diagnosis of drying equipment. The modern methods of diagnostics of drying plants with microwave emitters, issues of predicting changes in the state of the units during operation are considered. The features of the created installation with microwave emitters and a material transport system are considered in detail. The issues of thermal imaging, current and other modern methods of monitoring the state of equipment are considered in detail. The advantages of various diagnostic methods are described. The characteristics of the equipment used are given. Efficiency methods are being compared. The authors' experience in equipment diagnostics is described.
