The Algorithm of Electricity Consumption Control By Household Consumers Based on Smart Electricity Meters in the Republic of Tajikistan

We have proposed an algorithm control of developed specific norms of electricity energy consumption in The Republic of Tajikistan's urban electrical grids. This algorithm has proposed with aim to enhance the effective application of electric energy. Algorithm control of norms of electric energy consumption should be recommended for implementation of energy supply organization to the program of replacement means for recording an electric energy. According to this program, household consumers's existing means for recording an electric energy are recommended to replace to the smart electricity meters.Our algorithm makes it possible to control specific norms of electric energy consumption, especially in time of maximum electric load, and to alert household consumers of electric energy about exceeding the standards. It will contribute to increase the reliability of electricity supply and electricity quality. A schematic implementation of information transmission and reception from smart electricity meters to the "Data Center Union" and from "Data Center Union" to the center of information collection on WAN channel have been proposed based on discovered algorithm.
