Evaluation Strategy for Regional Ecological Security Based on GIS

Through the integration of remote sensing geographic information system and analytic hierarchy process, a spatial multi-level weighted superposition model of ecological security evaluation is constructed. During the process of using RS and GIS technology to evaluate the ecological environment, the data of environmental change is acquired and investigated dynamically, and the evaluation method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and hierarchical analysis is used to evaluate the change of ecological environment effectively. Then the model method is used to evaluate the sample city 2000–2010, and the spatial distribution of ecological security was analyzed and evaluated. The test results show that this method has the characteristics of convenient and fast data acquisition, which can help people understand the changes of regional ecological environment in time, and provide the basis for the management department to formulate the ecological environment protection strategy.
