Satisfaction Index Mining Model and Evaluation System Construction for Graduate Student Employers

From the perspective of colleges and universities, this paper puts forward a new comprehensive evaluation method of students combining quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis through investigation and research, to understand the needs and evaluation of employers for college graduates. Then, using VB technology and SQL Server 2016, a new comprehensive evaluation system for college students is developed based on the idea of data warehouse, which can effectively process the massive data of students. Based on the student comprehensive evaluation system, integrated with the data warehouse, data mining and OLAP technology, the online analytical mining model of multi-dimensional cube of student comprehensive evaluation is established through the research of data cube, which effectively guides and assists the decision-making of university student management and selection of talents by employers.
