Status of global modeling of microwave circuits and devices

Global Modeling of Microwave and millimeter-wave circuits and systems means developing a comprehensive analysis and design tool that incorporates several physical aspects of the problem. This paper reviews some of the existing approaches for modeling microwaves and millimeter-wave circuits. It also presents an example based on Artificial Neural Networks.
