Exploration of Mapper-A Method for Topological Data Analysis

The paper introduced the theory of mapper method for data with high dimension to capture topology and geometric information. By using Mapper TDA for magnetic resonance data processing, the paper also learns about a new method based on literature review to detect global time allocation of whole brain activation maps for constructing brain networks. In conclusion, mapper TDA is quite practical and potential for various fields of studies especially for data sets that need to be lower dimension and clustered.
